    Hands down number 17.

    All the others are basicly photoshop cut and paste jobs. Where is everyone's sense of art? If anyone knows European art they would know that carriages are huge over there and this incorporates so many pieces of PJ art in one piece. So friggin cool and if this doesn't win I don't know what should.

    I'm not being funny but the chosen design has to go on a 25mm badge. The image must be clear - photoshop and digital images work fantastically for this.

    I'm not taking away anything from any artist, digital, 'real' or other. Everyone who has entered something has been thanked and their time and effort is massively appreciated. 'Art' is what you make it.

    Take it from a 'real' artist, there's a lot of work in ALL of those designs.

    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    Hello everyone ..
    I'm very happy that my designs are getting some votes (12,13,14).

    ....but I must say that 13 and 14 are basically the same - I'm curious if the ones that have chosen 13 - would take 14 as their next choice and vice-versa?)...now the votes are splitting and the badges don't have a good chance..

    Anyway - I cannot give myself a vote (and wouldn't dare anyway), 17 is great, I admire the work put into it - what I love best are the wheels - but details won't be visible and we have to be practical. 16 is really nice (I only wished that Pearl Jam would be more obvious) - but regardless, my vote goes to my biggest "rival" right now - # 16 ;)
    The worst enemies of music? Money and Mathematics. Combined with music, they both do the exact opposite of what they're supposed to do. Money makes music cheap, mathematics makes it stupid and predictable.

    i´m sorry for the stuff that i´m writing right now, but what the hell is wrong with you????

    do you know who long it took me to draw number 15?? it´s done with simple black pencil and when i said to myself, that it looks cool, i used colored pencils for the flags, the ocean and everything else.. and now i have to read that its basicly just photoshop and paste jobs??

    crazy how one comment can ruin a day hat just started..

    great, i can't decide which one to chose at all :? they all are awesome!!! actually i color printed the train (17) and the ship (15) and pinned them at my wall in my office (hope its OK for both of you?!) :D they are really fantastic! Creative and well done! :clap:
    But since we have to keep the quite small size of the badge in mind and those beautiful details wont be seen at all on 25 mm, i'm not sure they'll work very well for a badge :(
    hmmmmmmm...... i have to think more about it, can't tell you right now, but it's a close tie between 12, 13 and 16 for me :)

Sorry there are a bit of negative vibes out there over such a positive experience Yo Mike86, dig that ship and idea. When you first posted I was like, Yes! another old schooler like me! :lol: I cant photoshop for shit, so I have no other choice! :P

    Also YES! Please hang my art on your wall! That was my entire goal, to create a piece that the heads would bug out over! :twisted: I will email you a copy of the original scan which will have zero detail loss. That goes for anyone else who would like a copy as well. Just PM me. :wave: Please spread the Jam! :D

    My vote goes to the ship. BADGE 15!

    I also really like 16 a lot and wonder what the source of some of that stuff was. Looks super cool. Props for the euro propaganda look! Really cool font on the "pearl jam" hammer.
