Did you even watch the video? I defy you to tell me he doesn't come off as a pompous douche. I'm not saying the guy has never done anything good in his life, I'm just calling it as I see it. When he was beating up reporters and screwing Madonna nobody was talking about what a great guy he was. I commend Sean Penn for his humanitarian work in New Orleans and Haiti (I'm not sure how pure his motives were, but hey, he helped relieve some suffering so good on him).
This still doesn't excuse him from being an ignorant, self-serving douchebag of the highest order.

This guy (Penn, I mean) really lost me when he first started to kiss up to Hugo Chavez. I commend the guy for his humanitarian work as well, although part of me thinks he just wanted to stroll around New Orleans carrying a rifle and acting like some sort of latter-day messiah.
