    thank you, but thats the problem; i dont know what to do with myself when i'm alone. and in terms of it being temporary, it usually takes me a while to rebound. i'm just a giant pussy. and i have lots of self-awareness--i just lack proper action.

    Get involved in some form of activity. It will only make you more confident and allow you to forget about your ex for some time.

    Other ways to cope with loneliness are traveling or if you're ready, just go on a blind date. Takes your mind off things. It could either be a great experience or it may not feel right at all.

    The world is filled up with more wonderful and interesting people and it may be a great time for you to experiment with new friends.

    I think there has been a black cloud over me since Neil took that Olympic stage.... managing to combine all my favorite things and the things that jerk at my memory as well... not to mention the Xavier Rudd date that will most likely fit into my schedule is the Kitchener one... today is a FML day. :evil:
