No, I've only ever been through one nail biting phase, it was in primary school and this boy I fancied bit his so I gave it a go. Went off the boy, then stopped biting my nails again.

I had an embarrassing moment the other day, I was visiting a patient at home I'd never seen before (I cut toenails), I glanced at her notes briefly, she was in a wheelchair and she took one of her boots and socks off and I proceeded to cut her nails. I finished then turned to the other foot which still had a boot on and started to reach down towards it, thinking that maybe she couldn't take the boot off that one. She told me not to bother with that one as it was a false leg, I felt a bit silly and vowed always to read notes properly in future :oops: .
