ok in the news this week a man got let out of jail ...for beating the shit out of a man that came in to his house held knives at his families throats,made them crawl along the floor ..then was going to steal all his good..at 3am

question why was this man in jail at all...and why dont we have the right do defend our family aND Home..

he was in jail because of the violence, as every act of violence must be vetted because everyone, no matter someone defending themselves or a mouthy kid has a right to protection from everything, hence, the "nanny" state
