he had Phil Donahue on talking about Body of War....and at the end he said that if viewers want to donate to Tomas Young, go to "pearljam.com" for details

ps - i'm not a fan of his, but my dad is, so i hear his show every night from the other room...i came in to watch when i heard him talking about Body of War

but it was classy of him to support a seemingly "liberal" cause

    i think you are one of those people that take pearl jam too seriously on politics, and frankly I am getting a bad taste in my mouth because of it.

    I saw that two, had to rewind my DVR to hear it again. I've always thought Bill "O was a Pearl Jam fan, they play a lot of lesser known Pearl Jam songs as bumpers coming in and out of commercial breaks on the Radio Factor.

    don't know if it's been posted before, and i'm too lazy to check, but if you have time warner cable and the on demand channels, you can watch body of war on the free one. (i think it's channel 501)

    I'm actually ashamed to admit this, but I saw it too.

    Was flipping channels during my nightly Maddow/Olbermann/Daily Show tradition of the last couple months and saw something about Phil Donahue coming up, so stuck around to watch it. It's like he's trying to paint Donahue into a corner and get him to say he doesn't honor the troops or something. Then he said that he had him on because "I want Thomas Young to have as much money as possible" then plugged the DVD on pearljam.com... "Pearl Jam, the rock band, dot com"

    Did you see the last time Phil was on? O'Reilly got tore up. Donahue, I think served 4 months in jail after the episode for this total public beat down.

    I just find it so strange/funny/sad/silly that people need to justify the fact that they watched Bill O'Reilly. Seriously.

    I watch O'Reilly regularly and feel no shame.

    I'm a regular listener to the Radio Factor, I enjoy the show. I know folks are going to be in disbelief but I think Bill 'O is making a move (slightly) to the Left, actually making the show more centrists which he has claimed it has been over the years when in fact it was Right of center. He will deny it up and down but it's definetly in response to the enthusiasm for Obama in America as well as the success of Keith Olberman's Countdown show.

    Bill 'O does not want to be turned into Sean Hannity.

    I was actually proud a few months ago when I heard Bill actually admit that the Iraq war was a mistake, something he again reiterated in that Donahue interview. Bill 'O is also taking a lot of heat over the report on his show the day after the election that really opened up the controversy over Sarah Palin's behavior during the campaign and her lack of knowledge.
