I think I got the Swan Flu

its different from the swine...with the swan Im spending a lot of time sticking my head under water and Im growing white feathers on my ass..I cant even mention what exactly has turned orange!!!..I fear I might need medical attention..should I go to the docs or the vet!

    Thanks for your input. It was extremely helpful and made me realise that I am not allowed to have a subjective opinion and that relativism is dead. So much for paradigmatic thinking, I guess ...

    Actually, i felt too it was a bad joke about the flu. Unfortunatelly for a few days i was really worry about my friend, who has flu. It was really serious.
    So I am sensitive when sb talk about it.

    More people are dying and historically have died from the "regular" flu each year. No one seems to be concerned about that. I do know people who have been hospitalized because of the regular flu and the few people I know who have had swine flu were not. I think it's funny how this "pandemic" has been blown out of proportion in an attempt to use fear to control people. But...I digress. This is not A Moving Train thread and no place for conspiracy theory (unsubstantiated or not).

    To the OP....f'ing HILARIOUS! I do recommend calling your vet for immediate attention...I'm trying not to picture what has turned orange but I imagine that can't be good. ;)

    the swine flu is the most over hyped flu in the last 1000 years. yes it has killed people, but not to the extent of even the reg flu, yet it seems to be on the news 24/7. good grief charley brown.

    Thank you for your concern. I've never been innoculized for the regular flu so I'm going to pass on the swine flu one as well.
