We can get hit by customs charges on anything over £18.00 which is approximately $28.The secret to a happy ending is knowing when to roll the credits0 -

What's the deal? No Artwork this tour?
The artwork isn't included but if you want the cover image just go back to goods section and copy the pic from the show to the file. I prefer to use the posters but the pic is the same one on the cd's.
No shit. That's not what I was talking about.
In past tours there was artwork included for each show.
I guess they're not doing that anymore. It figures.0 -

so to put some perspective on this were looking at a charge of £12 if we order 2 at a time. This is because of the hideous uk handling charge plus the inconvenience of having to go pick them up because there is a charge to pay
usually you have to work out if combined shipping is worthwhile as it usually gives a saving which can be more than the charge but given the shipping rate is constant and applying to each cd ordered it only makes sense to order singularly - or wAit for the box and have it shipped to a friend in the states with a gift declared0 -
no way man..its european union,,the custom taxes limit from usa is the same..up to 100 $ no taxes, over that it depence what vat the country have 18% 19%(greece have that..)21%...and all this if they customs see the envelope from the post office transfer..ilockyer wrote:dimitrispearljam wrote:where are u that have customs ?..its less than 100$ so sure no customs in Greece ,but exept the deluxe box never have problem with my orders from 10c and there were up to 300$..but all ok..

That was plan B, but yesterday the shows I needed just had generic covers in the goods section.
Today they have the correct cover, so that's the way to go I guess until something higher res comes along.Bronx Bomber wrote:Biggest Wave wrote:aljack3 wrote:What's the deal with artwork for the digital downloads?
I purchased three shows (SLC,LA1,LA2) and the zip file did not contain artwork pdfs.
I searched the forum to see if any info has been posted on this topic but came up dry. Was an announcement made regarding the release of pdf artwork for the 2009 digital downloads?
I was wondering the same thing.

That's what I was thinking, would combined shipping be worth the customs charge, but obviously not :roll:2006 - Dublin, Reading; 2007 - London, Copenhagen; 2008 - MSG; 2009 - SBE, Manchester, London; 2010 - Dublin, Belfast, London; 2012 - Manchester, Berlin; 2014 - Amsterdam, Milton Keynes; 2018 - London; 2022 - London; 2024 - Manchester0 -

yeah, i got stung a few months ago when i ordered the London '07 t-shirt and had to pay 11 quid customs tax before i could get my hands on it. i phoned up to ask what the f*ck was going on and was told you should pay this on ANY package with a value over 18 pounds. the guy i talked to said that with the value of the pound against the dollar (was lower when i got the t-shirt, nearer $1.40 to the pound) they're catching a lot more that need to pay customs. when i said i'd ordered several times from the same place and never had to pay he just said i'd been "lucky" and that they normally only check about a third of the packages that come through. :x :x :x
been wondering what to do about the 2009 bootlegs... buy 'em all one-by-one, wait for the box set, or just buy a few selected ones (one-by-one)... hmmm....Oh yeah? Well, I've had about enough of morons and halfwits, dolts, dunces, dullards and dumbbells - and you chowderhead yokel, you blithering hayseed, you - you've had enough of me?0 -
As the shipping costs to Austria are $ 4,99 for every bootleg and there is no discount, i buy them as soon as they are available! There are no customs fees up to an amount of € 150,- so there should be no problem!up here in my tree in Vienna

well there is away around paying customs, if you know anyone that lives in a european country that has got a higher limit on customs charges get them to buy them for you & send them on to you. Theres no charge for us if it comes a from a country in the european union.Manchester 2009, Hyde Park 2010, Manchester 2012, Manchester 2012, Amsterdam 2012, Amsterdam 2012, Amsterdam 2014, Amsterdam 2014, Berlin 2014, Leeds 2014, Milton Keynes 2014
