Where did you go to get to that screen and what version of the CD do you have?
Go to My Computer, then you will see Backspacer logo on your CD drive.
Right click and explore.
I have the store version.
Which "store" version? Target? Independent? and I went into the program on my computer but I click on the link that says concert downloads and it takes me to the 2008 bootlegs for sale.

JB Hi Fi version lol
Adelaide 17/11/2009, Melbourne 20/11/2009, Sydney 22/11/2009, Melbourne (Big Day Out Festival) 24/01/2014
You right click on your CD drive and explore.
You then click on Backspacer logo
Then a menu pops up
Move your cursor over to where it says free downloads
And you get the screen I posted.

It just popped up when I put the disc in my drive.
I asked this when the list was first announced, and the few answers I got seemed to be put Hartford and Philly on top, so I got those today.
Haven't got to the Hartford one yet (saving it for the trip to Seattle), but the Philly one is fantastic. Good song selection, Ed talking about a girl's 'mosquito bites' - great vibe.
This sucks, I don't have the Backspacer icon, nor do I have anything on the CD apart from the eleven tracks (if I do an explore).
I got mine from HMV on the web, and it even comes with a sticker on the cover saying I get two free downloads!
Could be a quirk with Vista I suppose!
I have the HMV one too and it works. When you put the CD in, don't go via explore. Eventually, a screen will pop up. My first screen had different flags, click on the UK one (if you are UK!). When you are on the backspacer cover art, hover your mouse over each image and it will give you different options. The first image (if I remember well) is the download one. You do get to the screen with the free downloads.

I like those two also but I have a question for you. There's another thread saying that none of the covers are included, maybe because of copyright etc... Philly has some great covers, were you able to hear any of them?
I got San Francisco and Camden from 2006. Neither suck.
