    i believe that is the definition of irony, cosmo. i hear it at my job at least once a week. "they better not take away my medicare and my medicaid..." i just want to say "you know i am paying for this don't you? if 'socialized medicine' is so bad you can call blue cross and see if they will insure you with all of these pre-existing conditions that you have..."

    even worse are the uber-patriots who are on tricare that are against "socialized medicine" not realizing that tricare is basically medicare for those in the military.

    its like they are saying "i can have this insurance, but nobody else should."
