    all i can explain are my words. all i meant was that the 10c shouldn't bend the rules on a transfer based on a rally of support for a 10c member on the board. that's all.

    I wasn't talking about you specifically :), it just seemed to me that a few people were ticked off that ACC was being given so much consideration :?
