two free chicago tickets

I have two tickets to the first chicago show through the fan club..i cannot go due to being sick...i know the fan club has a strict no refund policy..if anyone can convince them to change over the names you can have them for free! just buy me a poster at the show and mail it to me. my email is <!-- e --><a href="mailto:ttkajay@yahoo.com">ttkajay@yahoo.com</a><!-- e -->

    For those looking at this, can we all agree not to bombard 10C with emails on this matter, rather give ACCBootlegGoddess dibs on this, and allow her to ask 10C herself?

    Thanks Jason - that's probably the email they need... make sure you send it from the same address as the one you used to join 10C so they can confirm, and probably best to include her username (ACCBootlegGoddess). What's your number by the way, out of curiosity?

    I should have my friends with low ten club numbers buy tickets to Portland, Vancouver and Utah even though they can't go. Then, have ten club transfer their tickets into my name.
    why is special treatment even being suggested here? It is against policy yo.

    +1... usamamasan1, that was pretty selfish, I'd say. Not to mention out of the goodness in his heart, he's GIVING these tickets, not selling.

    slippery slope is what i am suggesting. sorry the guy is sick, really. But if you expect them to change policy for any number of reasons, inlcuding an illness, it could be manipulated. thats all.

    i lost my job
    my dog got hit by a car.

    list goes on and on. Not sure why I am selfish. Just trying to point out the potential flaw here in your approac.h. Sure he is giving them away for free. So would my "friend" who has a better ten club number than me. He would buy, then have his dog get hit by a car, then he would post a thread here saying he wanted to give them away for free....to me. :D

    The reason I stated that what you said was somewhat selfish was because this guy's trying to do a selfless act, and put two excellent seats into the hands of a great fan, and you're bringing attention to that, and thus probably moving the Ten Club's attention towards this. The reason the Ten Club doesn't do transfers is exactly for the reason you stated, but I don't know why you felt the need to state that in the first place.

    Don't worry about it man. He's just trying to start shit. I really hope that they let you transfer. If ACC can't use them...I know I would.

    they dont do transfers anymore. they give the tickets to "kids with less fortunate seats" if you don't show up.
