I had mine transferred back on 2003 (I ended up going at the end with the spare of the person I transferred to) I broke my leg the week before MSG 2003, but since then I've yet to see another transfer I know some people tried last year and it didnt happen, it's worth a shot though, why dont you send them an email (it would have to be your requesting it anyways) explain your situation and tell them that you are giving it to someone for free, the worst that can happen is that they tell you no but at least your tried, and if they let you please please please think of my grl ACC

Good luck! I know the official policy is no transfers, but they have made exceptions a few times the last couple of years. I hope it works out for you and ACC. She's a really great fan and I hope this works out for you both.

+1 I personally, would be giving it to someone who lives in chicago who missed out rather than someone who is going to see them a handful of times this tour anyways (assuming ACC is the traveling type)

If you can pull this off then it's good that someone could use them. If not then it's just one of those shitty things you have to swallow.

of course, no one is happy the guy is sick or that tickets that we value so much might go to waste, but this risk is inherent in buying 10C tix. same goes for tickets someone might buy through the new "paperless ticketing" system for other bands. 10C gave an inch a few years ago, but people took a foot, and now they have to be hard on this policy.

agreed also, and everyone else tryin to get people to no try for the tickets also is kinda F*d up. i believe there was already a supreme court decision on reverse discrimination.

Mel is only seeing them in Toronto she is not traveling all over the place to see them, Chicago is the only show outta town she is going to this year.
Like I said before I doubt the transfer will be possible as I have seen that they have been pretty strict about the rule, but it was worth a shot for him to ask.

I PM'd ACC because I have a pair of 10c tix to night one, but I haven't heard back. I'll be in Chicago going to both shows, somebody let her know if she wants them I have a pair. My number isn't good, but it's no doubt better than TM tickets.

I was just going to wait until the pre party or closer to the date, but I happened across D's post and all the support she was getting on here so I decided to PM her. Maybe she'll get a better 10c pair though.

Oh no! She's only going to one show! The poor girl.

If that's the case, just give the tickets to me. I don't have tickets to any of the shows and haven't been to one in over three years.

Not a problem! Now if I could only get a Toronto ticket... it's funny when I tell people I'm going to Chicago and not Toronto concidering I live 5 minutes from the Molson Amphitheatre in T.O.

Anyway... I should start actually posting more, usually I'm just lurking around while I'm at work, I'll have to check out the pre parties in Chicago as well
