It's a total sham. Site showed nothing until 9am then I spent 17 minutes in freeze on the basket / checkout page - only to then be told nothing available even though the tickets were in my basket!! I am furious - seems loads of touts / ebay sellers will do well out of it then! It's like the 02 Arena booking all over again...
BUT really glad for those of you on here that DID manage to get through! Glad at least some genuine fans wil get to go. If anyone has any spares please spare a thought for someone who has been a fan for 17 years and is still waiting for their first chance to see her favourite band play live in her hometown!

Same happened to me. I put my credit card details in and it waited and waited and waited and then crashed. I went back into the shopping basket, they were still there, when I went through to process them it just said not available. Needless to say my HMV Backspacer order was cancelled. I am gutted, but still in the 10c lottery.

Had the same problems with HMV. I got the link but it seems that they were selling them before the stated start time of 9am. When i called for an explanation at around 9.45 the lady who i spoke to said that all of the orders that were placed this morning would be cancelled due to a fault with the link and she also said that further link would be sent sometime this morning. I called again at 11.30 and the guy i spoke to this time said that he didn't know anything about orders being cancelled or a new link being sent out. i can only hold out for a 10 club lottery ticket. I'm trying to get some more info from O2 about when they will start selling tickets. It does state that they go on sale on the 23rd but it is listed as a priority gig so it should have gone on sale this morning.

That's complete bullsh!te. So sorry to hear that. They don't care about the fans, no ticketing agency do. Half the tickets will end up with touts, the majority of pre-orders will be cancelled. I don't have O2 but I will see what happens with the lottery, the hope of some hero selling me a spare and general sale if at all that is an option.

It'd just be fair to those who have yet to strike lucky and who have not got tickets yet. Only a suggestion...
