    It's a total sham. Site showed nothing until 9am then I spent 17 minutes in freeze on the basket / checkout page - only to then be told nothing available even though the tickets were in my basket!! I am furious - seems loads of touts / ebay sellers will do well out of it then! It's like the 02 Arena booking all over again...

    BUT really glad for those of you on here that DID manage to get through! Glad at least some genuine fans wil get to go. If anyone has any spares please spare a thought for someone who has been a fan for 17 years and is still waiting for their first chance to see her favourite band play live in her hometown!

    I am absolutely gutted.

    That HMV sale was a joke :(

    Well done to those who got tickets though. The sad thing about the HMV and O2 presales is that with the Ten Club lottery, there could be some who get lucky and get 4/6 tickets, and others, including myself, that won't know if they got lucky on the lottery till tomorrow.

    Let's keep spares between the fans and not scalper scum people! There are tickets for this on ebay already...

    About 5 minutes ago I got the book now screen saying one standing ticket left... clicked to buy it and the site died. They have now removed the PJ listing completely. May be worth checking later in case they have any failed cards but I doubt it. I'm off to cancel my pre-order with them.

    They actually went on sale about five or four minutes early. It was just luck that I clicked it on before 9am.

    Agreed, I'm in the lottery and my phone is on O2 so I'll go in for the pre-sale with them as well. Any spares I get will be going on here

    Can anyone explain if its even legal to say 9o'c then do it early.

    I spent the night at a friends so I could use a pc(I dont have one) and then bam!!! It's over before it's even started. And I see tix on e-bay already....so obviously they went to the right people there!!!!

    I didn't even get the excitment of the link ever taking me to tix.

    Man, this is just rubbish.

    Again, I ask for a spare please if anyone has one.

    I kept opening new windows from my link from about 8.48am onward, never saw anything different until it all slowed down at 9. How could some people get the ticket page early and others not? I don't get that.

    Exactly the same for me.

    Never even caught a glimpse of the tickets, and I was on there well before 9!!!

    I am outraged that this was the case, actually. They shouldn't tell us it's an opportunity for those who preordered if this was not the case.

    Problem is where they source their time from - for example, my work PC says the time is 9:38, while the phone next to it says the time is 9:34 - according to our IT guys, they get their time from different sources (why they don't just use the same one is beyond me)

    So 8:57 for us could have been 9:00 for HMV. Either way, I was still stuck looking at the Olympic Stadium from a train window at the time, getting increasingly despondent

    Keep Trying, I got that and was just about to give up and get on with some work when i tried for the last time and it came up and let me pay for them, I now have my confirmation email and everything.

    my misses is just checking she can get the time off work, if not i'll have a spare!

    I know i've posted a few simalar things in the last few minutes but I'm just massively excited. I'm actually shaking still and I got my ticks 10 minutes ago!
