Philly Halloween Show Update

So now that "The Fixer" has been released and the public on-sale has taken place for Philly 1 and 2, does anyone have any news/expectations regarding the rumored Halloween show?

I have not been able to check how the on-sale went in terms of tickets sold, did they go as quickly as expected?

Are people expecting to get an announcement today about the rumored Halloween show or does it look like it will be sometime later in the week?

I realize that it's not yet 8 am on the west coast, so they probably wouldn't announce anything yet anyway. But I'm bored at work and anxious to see if anyone has heard anything.

    someone could call the Spectrum and get an update. if not, maybe I can do it around lunch.

    there was a message on here from someone with a Comcast/Spectrum connection that said the public sale for 10/31 would be this Friday.

    Awesome. The public sale for Friday sounds right based on how they did the last one. If the 10C does a presale, it looks like it would be Wednesday. That leaves today and tomorrow open for an announcement, unless they choose to do it like Chicago and announce the show at the same time as the presale.

    Let's hope there is some notice...

    I heard the same thing too. Somebody said they have already entered the ticket's into the Comcast site. :mrgreen:

    I'm sure the 10C pre-sale will be at Noon CT on Wednesday because that is the only time I have a meeting scheduled all week.

    Argh. I'm supposed to drive from UT to CA on Wednesday. If they announce a sale tonight, I'll have to bump my schedule up to leave tomorrow...

    That's a good point, I had forgotten about that show. With that and "The Fixer" release they may be a bit busy over the next 24 hours or so.

    Oh well, here's to hoping we hear something soon.

    agreed, on all counts. that said, they could announce wednesday and have the 10c sale thursday. certainly possible.

    not that it really makes much difference as it's basically different markets...but the shepherd's bush lottery is going on now until tomorrow night....so they may hold off until wednesday, less for them to handle all at once.

    i just wanna knooooowwwwwww and absolutely get a ticket!!! :mrgreen:

    Ha, I'm the opposite. We're upgrading our internet service on Wednesday to get a much faster connection. I'd love to be able to utilize this for a pre-sale, but we shall see. I would bet it will be a Wednesday pre-sale though.

    It's probably safe to assume that they won't have the pre-sale until at least noon est is there is any pre-sale at all, correct?

    Classic. I had to set up a computer just outside of the men's room in my office building and drop hints about the stomach flu all morning before my two trips to the bathroom to get 10C tix last week. TOTALLY worth it.

    i don't really think it's ever 'safe to assume' anything with 10c.
    that said, hmmmm...more than likely. :P i mean, if they do everything on PDT, yea.....12-1 PM. usually. but one just never knows! and i WANT a ticket, so i have been trying to be here as much as possible. luckily, it's been fairly 'easy' to do lately....but the further along we get in time, the more difficult it may prove to be. so i am hoping SOON.

    I hear you on the problems related to any 10C assumptions. I too am desperately hoping to get tix to this show, so I have been here 24/7 recently.

    Let's hope for some sort of news soon. I have a long meting scheduled Wednesday, so I'm hoping that if anything is announced, it won't be taking place until the afternoon. Guess we'll see.
