The members of Pearl Jam would have to take too big a cut in their pay to accomodate the transport and
set-up of Neil's massive drum kit

Jack irons days of drumming are done. What makes you people tink he can handle that abuse of touring 10 years later

I wanted to add Matt Chamberlain.... Jimmy Chamberlin would be an amazing force, kinda like putting Matt Cameron and Dave Abbruzzese together into one person. Matt Chamberlain seems lighter on the kit, but still an excellent style that I enjoy.

Ringo on the other hand can't even play Beatles songs well.

haha... trying to bring logic to the illogical.

however, I think PJ wants to be done looking for drummers. I think the members saw MC as the holy grail, and now that they feel that they have it, they're done with their search.

....however, if Matt were to quit, I'm hoping PJ would consider Jimmy Chamberlain, seeing as how he's a touring-pro from another popular 90's band.

I'd love to see a Soundgarden reunion. And it will happen sooner or later. They were kick-ass (despite the bad mood between the members) in their 1996 fall tour in Europe. Matt Cameron is THE man, but not with PJ.

    With that I say:

yeah i dont know if dave grohl is a good fit... he relies too much on the symbals... listen to him playing ritfw with them 03/17/95 in melbourne... its obvious...

they should definately recruit keith moon, or john bonham
it's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...

    I agree 100%!

...except MC's work on the tom toms on Severed Hand would be a challenge. Aside from that, early stuff and a number of MC songs like Grievance and such, I'm all over it. I'll be tearing up WMA. :D
