    the highlight of my day so far????

    making a big batch of chicken salad......

    chicken breasticles
    red peppers
    green onions
    black olives
    salt
    pepper
    mayo
    dijon mustard

    and suprisingly......it turned out pretty good...........
    Take me piece by piece.....
    Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....

    A water logged branch fell from a tree and missed my car. It was almost as if there was a shield around the front end because the pieces lay on the ground as if they were making a boundary around my car. Talk about a miracle!!!

    Being the most recent hire in a school district where lay off notices are being issued like Halloween Candy, I did not receive a "pink" slip...I work with special needs kids, with whom I find opportunity to explore those algebra skills. Right about now, I am grateful for tenacity...
