    i reserved a room about two weeks before you received the group rate.............fuckers would not give me the group rate.

    no worries........................i need a few towels from the laundry room.

    I bet if you call directly the Sales rep that Melissa has been working with, he/she will give you the group rate. That's the damn reason why you are in Memphis that weekend, to see Eddie Vedder and now there's a EV group rate, you want to take advantage on it.

    Or, cancel the bitch, and then re-book a few days later. :mrgreen:

    as for cancel..........no go, they will charge me full rate, stupid small print.

    Hello!

    A little Memphis Redbird just flew into my yard this morning. He said he'd been flying in my direction since Friday. He did have some good news for us on the hotel front. We can now book our rooms. We have until May 20, 2009 at 5pm cental time to do this. Cancelation is typical....24hr prior to check in. The number to call is 1-800-937-8461. Tell them that you are included in the "Ten Club Room Block". If you have any issues, please contact me asap.

    When I call to reserve a room do I have to pay for the whole thing then? After buying tickets again my bank account is looking pretty sad.

    You have until May 20th at 5pm Central to book. And, if they do hold money from your account it should only be a day or so. You will pay upon check out.
