    I am unsure if the group rate would cover the 19th. I will ask tomorrow. I'm sure if we could get at least 10 rooms for that night it wouldn't be a problem.

    Full capacity at the Orpheum is just under 2,400.

    I talked with the head of group sells yesterday. I told her what was going on with the date situation that our group was looking at. She said it was no problem. I also ask her about a group rate on the 19th & she said that if have at least 10 rooms for that night that it too would be accepted into our block. Also, parking is $18/ night or $24/night valet. The parking includes unlimited exiting.

    I'm going to call her back tomorrow 4/22 to just touch base.

    I may have missed it, but when and where do we pay? Do we need to call the hotel and give them a card number to hold the rooms?

    Don't worry y'all! We are booked under the Ten Club Block. But, before we can book I need everyone that is not interested in staying there the 21st to let me know. When I know this. I will call her back with a final estimated number of rooms needed & then post booking details in the original post.

    I need to know TODAY about eveyone for Sunday. I have to call tomorrow & finish up final details. This way everyone can start booking their rooms!

    E, since we are around 30 for Saturday already. I'm gonna see if they won't lets us have 40 rooms.
