    Hey...I'm driving down from Toronto, not familiar with the area at all. I'm not planning on staying at the hotel (probably camping) but I wouldn't mind, if there were some pre party's going on, checking them out. Anybody with some inside info want to hit me up with some things to do around Memphis/Nashville as well?

    You are going to be driving for a long time. It's already a 5 hour drive to our Detroit area, and add on another 13 from here. Woooweee! :mrgreen:

    Hey All!

    I put a call & an email into our contact at the Westin. I've requested 5 rooms for 6/19, 40 rooms 6/20, & 10 rooms 6/21. When I hear back from her I will tell y'all how to get this rate. It could be until Monday. Thanks to everyone that got back to me on this subject & thanks for your patience....this isn't the most simple thing to do.

    So, keep a look out for this thread. I could post the info at any moment!!!

    Okay, I just talked with group sells. We can not yet reserve to get this rate. She is sending me a contract & I should have it by Monday. We have 5 rooms for 6/19, 40 rooms for 6/20, & 10 rooms on 6/21. We can drop up to 20% of the rooms with out penalty. It will be the middle of next week before we can reserve the rooms.
