I got my wrist band @5:30. Within 20 minutes they were gone, unless they held some back for sale later on. Didn't see any posters put out til after the show. As for the 233 number, that's what I was told, too.TRANSPLANTS SAVE LIVES

I was there at roughly 6:30, a few mins before, and there were no more posters for sale.
I asked one of the merch booth guys upstairs to see if they even had posters to sell, and he said they only had 460 or so for the whole show, and they were all sold down stairs.
Not sure what poster you were buying after 7pm at 3 or 4 at a time, and that you saw 1500 plus of them??? Was it the Ames Bros. poster,or the regular tour poster??===============================================================PJ Shows-

460 sounds a lot better than the 70 posters they had for sale on 2003.... 70 people got a tkt to get a poster on the outside booth and inside there was nothing, I got in early cause I had a broken foot and with my broken foot went to the booths they said posters will be at and there was nothing! of course then I ran into an MSG usher with 3 posters in his hand trying to sell me 1 for $175
This year doesn't sound like it was any different...hmmmm"Without the album covers, where do you clean your pot?" - EV0 -

Personally, I love the poster. This is a perfect example of how art is totally subjective.Free the West Memphis Three

Gotta say - I am on the fence about this one - I agree if this was the Columbia poster, it may very well not be held in the high regard many appear to be holding it. Actually, I much prefer the Columbia poster to this one. That said, for the first time I regret not picking up a sub. I think the work this tour has been really diverse and interesting (save and except WPB, sorry I really don't like that print).0

yes this tour has been ok, nothing amazing though,
to put these things into order I would now go: -
1. MSG
2. Virginia
3. Columbia
4. Tampa
5. Camden
6. DC
7. Manchester
8. WPB
9. Bonnarro
does anyone actually think they've made that tour masterpiece yet though? with only one left its seems we're hanging onto the octopus to be legend again....come on Boston0 -
We think it has some Disney quality to it. Definitely something a little different than the most recent posters. I like it. Wonder if it will be the same tonight with different colors, or ......???Thank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!0

Wow, Broo #9, I really like that poster. Well, maybe cause I was there it it was great show?Thank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!0

I used to buy all the posters I could, had them framed & put them around my house. I had 6 of them. One day I looked at them again & said, "these things are god awful ugly."
So I sold them. This one would definitely be in that category."If you're looking for someone to pull you out of that ditch, you're out of luck."0 -
I would be willing to trade one for tonight's if anyone wantsSLC 11/2/95, Park City 6/21/98, Boise 11/3/00, Seattle 12/9/02, Vancouver 5/30/03, Gorge 9/1/05, Vancouver 9/2/05, Gorge 7/22/06, Gorge 7/23/06, Camden I 6/19/08, MSG I 6/24/08, MSG II 6/25/08, Hartford 6/27/08, Mansfield II 6/30/08; Eddie Albany 6/8/09, 6/9/09; Philly 10/30/09, 10/31/09; Boston 5/17/10

Lines up at stand 1 @ 5:15 and it was sold out. Got in the other line and got 1 of the last few wristbands @ 5:30. Judging by the fast sellout rate and people in line at the end of the show - theres no way there were more than a few hundred. Ames usually has a smaller run then Klausen.
As for the poster- Tons of color- prety impressive and has "the happening" theme going on. i had a kid offer me $200 on the spot for the poster and I declined. I also bought the ames sub and am glad I did.
Also- limited supply + msg + incredible show +dvd = high demand for the poster0 -

I got in line at the merch stand at 4:30 when they started to set the T-shirts up. Security didn't care as long as you weren't just a giant mess of people. They opened the stand at 5pm.9/24/96, 6/14/98, 9/18/98, 8/3/00, 9/1/00, 9/4/00, 4/28/03, 7/5/03, 7/6/03, 7/12/03, 7/14/03, 9/28/04, 9/29/04, 10/1/04, 9/15/05, 9/16/05, 9/19/05, 9/30/05, 10/03/05, 5/13/06, 5/27/06, 5/28/06, 6/1/06, 6/3/06, 6/19/08, 6/20/08, 6/24/08, 6/25/08, 8/7/08 (Eddie solo)0

A guy right in front of me bought 5 posters. Not 5 wristbands. 5 actual posters. He rolled them up, put em in a tube and headed out. I'm sure that totally fucked up the wrist band count for later in the night. One merch guy at stand A wasn't even putting the wrist bands on, he'd just give them to you. A guy behind me walked up asked for 4 wrist bands and he got them. They didn't seem to give a crap and just wanted to disperse the massive crowd that had gathered.
There HAD to be way more than 460 posters. There were EASILY 500 on each side (merch A &and were stacked cross hatched.

at Camden some dude asked for 2 wristbands and the merch guy was like OK, then after some grumbling from other people in the line he said "where is the other person for the wristband"...Dude had somebody else in line with him and gave it to them, The guy was actually going to give out 2 wristbands until people started bitching.....it happens, what are you going to do. All in all, I think the wristband thing was a good idea...peaceGod Loves Pearl Jam0

That`s funny, I was probably at a different stand in Camden, but some guy tried to buy 2 (one for the GF) and the merch guy refused until he pulled his GF through the mob up to the table. All in all, I thought the system worked quite well in Camden and DC, I was very impressed. Not sure why MSG appears to have been such a cock-up, but then I hear 2003 didn`t go all that great either. Must be an MSG thing.Barrie '98
