Well since the bar is not in the loop, the meter will not be 24hours, still probably free after 9pm some are free after 6pm but they will probably be switched to 9'ers. It will probably .25 for 30 mins maybe 15.
what you got to watch is if it is a snow route, those are in affect until 4/1 and you can not park on those streets at night even if there is not snow present

BTW if it happens at The Ashland like mentioned there is plenty of street parking with meters which are free after 9PM
they were free until just recently, wouldn't want anyone to get towed.
