It's an amazing place, I think mostly locals get in there, they do beer and wine, and a plate of cold meet andolives and bread, and a side of pig if you can carry it
I seem to remember it was really cheap to drink at, can't remember the name but look around for it....I suppose bizarre is a word I'd use for it.

ah yes, it's all about the locals' haunts for sure! my aunt owns a bar (used to belong to my dad when he and my mom lived there), so i'm sure to score many free drinks there

mmmmm beer, wine, meat, olives and pig....i want that NOW! especially the beer...been a long ass week

yeah my best friend and i went to madrid, cordoba, sevilla, alicante, barcelona, figueres....but madrid just has that special energy to it that i really loved.

well, I've been to Barcelona, that was prety cool also, but like you say, Madrid has that special something.

Well, when you get back home, and you see all those adds, and here people saying 'New York is the greatest city in the world'....you can either agree or tell them they're quite wrong. i.e you're qualified to know 8-)
