I don't think you can help but be instantly hooked - saw them 5 times this year. Each gig they seem to pull out a song I haven't heard live before, I shout for Gulla each and evry show - but I'm still waiting to hear it!http://www.wishlistfoundation.org

"This is a better sonic representation of what the band actually sounds like. In the past I think some of the recordings were a little too clean in their final form," Vocalist/Guitarist Aaron Turner says. "There was something about the energy that seemed to be lacking. It seems to feel more like us than anything else has."{if (work != 0) {

this is something to look forward too, although I have not loved another album by Isis as much as I have loved the Red Sea.

I'm not 100% sure if they technically meet the criteria for "stoner" or not, but I do find it a little hard to believe that Torche wasn't at least mentioned yet. I guess I'm linking to their myspace for the second time today.

And no, I don't work for them. But my record store did close last month, so maybe I should send them a resume"We've done really well with teenage death songs." -EV0 -

Saw them support Isis, but they lost a guitarist as he was in a crash or something so they played as a 3 piece, was alright but would have been better as a full band.0 -
Ah, crashes will do that
Also, I think they were mentioned earlier, but Bison (aka Bison B.C.) is rocking balls off too.

It's not on that page, but "Wendigo Pt.1" is fucking epic."We've done really well with teenage death songs." -EV0 -

Bison BC is awesome Masa the bass player is a pretty good friend of mine! If anyone has the chance to see them Live they rip it up!!
on a side note I thought Torche was mentioned, but if not I second that they are awesome! Just phenomenal, guitar warp with a pop over tone... either way they are worth checking out!0
