1- Bruce Springsteen (The new Working on a Dream album sucks ass however and almost bumped him to 2)
2- Pearl Jam
3- Dave Matthews Band
4- Bob Dylan
5- Phish
Numero Uno (but tied with Radiohead in terms of obsession.)

And everybody else! Hehe, I honestly can't place the other bands I like in any order, because they all pale in comparison to Pearl Jam for me.
First, I have to say, one of the most surprising things to me as I looked through all of theses pages, was how many people who love Pearl Jam, also love Guns N Roses. I had no idea.
Now, earlier I posted and said, Pearl Jam 1-10, which is essentially true. No band has ever come anywhere close to threatening them in terms of my love and dedication to them, and the time and money I am willing to spend on them.
With that said, I really am not that into a lot of the bands that would be lumped with them in the same genre or whatever. Never really got into AIC, I think Nirvana is way overrated, I like about 7 Soundgarden songs and Audioslaves first album, but really, I am not that into that stuff.
So it really doesn't make any sense, and I can't explain it, but my favorite bands not named 'Pearl Jam' would have to be....
Dashboard Confessional
Death Cab For Cutie
Jack's Mannequin
Taking Back Sunday
The Academy Is...
the rest is a tie, in no particular order-
Led Zeppelin
Pink Floyd
AIC
Grateful Dead
Bob Marley and the Wailers
Soundgarden
The Allman Brothers
Smashing Pumpkins
Red Hot Chili Peppers
*edit* forgot rhcp and sp...shows how important THEY really are lol

Well I guess if its possible to tie, Zeppelin and Pearl Jam would be #1 together, but if not then Zeppelin gets the #1 spot by a hair. Only because they were the first band I was ever obsessed with. Pearl Jam is the only other band I've obsessed over, the rest wouldnt really fall in any type of order.

In July 2007 Densmore said that he would not rejoin The Doors unless it was fronted by Eddie Vedder. Densmore says, "I play with Jim. If there's someone of that level, OK. I'm not gonna join them with Ian. That's not to diss Ian, he's a good singer - but he's no Jim Morrison. Eddie Vedder? My God, there's a singer."

2-Queens of the Stone Age
1&2 are pretty much non-changing for me. 3,4 & 5 will vary depending on my mood, but I think most often these will round out the set:
The Clash
The Who
Foo Fighters
and how to do it right

2. Soundgarden
3. Alice in Chains
4. Guns 'N Roses
5. Smashing Pumpkins
Yes it's true....I'll admit to it......I'm wide open baby!

The Beatles
Bad Religion
Anything below that (even the greatest of greats) come and go through a revolving door
