Surfing ~ I suck at this so bad, but I keep going out there like a drowned rat and trying and just live with the public humiliation.

Juggling ~ Man I just cannot get the hang of this no matter how hard people try to help me with it, I just cannot even remotely master it. :rolleyes:

32 Fouettes` ~ Ever since I was a little girl at ballet class this is something I've always wanted to be able to do, but I'm lucky if I can manage 5 these days without falling into a heap in fits of giggles on the floor.

Side splits ~ Can do front splits on both legs, least I could, haven't tried in a while, but the side splits :rolleyes: I give up!!!

Manipulation and deceit ~ Just not good at lying and truly useless at trying to manipulate others. Seems it's quite the skill to have these days, encouraged even, but the whole idea and the motivation behind it is something I just don't get. And hope I never understand how to do it. Sometimes I wish I could purely to respond in terms that the person doing it to me understands but then who'd want to be that way anyway?

if it makes you feel any better - i have a girl-friend in the Marine Corps, and she said most of the women in the Corps can't even do one. they start you off by having you hang in the pull up position (with your chin above the bar) and you hang for a while then work on lowering yourself slowly. that's how you train to do the opposite and pull yourself up. i've never done it either, but that would be pretty cool.

when i was learning, i tried and tried and my mom kept telling me to go down a small hill and i would get it right.....i thought - stupid! i'll fall and have an even bigger accident. finally, i got desperate and tried it and it worked! it took me a few times going down that little hill before i could start off on flat land.

) sometimes with a llight whistling noise to it... like a creepy wind or something!

I've given up. I much prefer getting a blade of grass, putting it between my thumbs and blowing through that... and pretend I can whistle louder than anyone

Then I got smart and changed it to "breathing"

I can't do it with a blade of grass, or putting the finger in your mouth style. Though I can blow a referee whistle pretty loud. :cool:

you tried with the grass? Have it pulled tightly so the edge is sharp... but have air on both sides (i.e. the arches of your thumbs), put your mouth up to your thumbs and blow really hard
