    So much for conserving fresh water and saving the planet..

    Just wait a few years until fresh water costs as much as gas..

    I like showers. When I am really stressed/depressed, or any other word with two consecutive s's in it, I take a really long shower. Until the water doesn't get warm anymore. And I know that's awful, but sometimes I just need to do that.

    This is where I am a TOTAL hypocrite. :)

    I love the earth, will do a lot for the environment, but long showers are my environmental vice. :o

    I keep meaning to get a timer for the shower, 'cause I know I could shower faster, but I get distracted with my daydreams and catch myself just standing there with lots and lots of HOT water running over me and down the drain.

    Well when I wash my hair, condition it, shave my legs, exfoliate, then wash out my conditioner then cleanse my body...that can take a while...occasionally I do do this.....:)

    Yeah, I had a roommate in college with the same beliefs. Though ultimately, it didn't stop him - he just felt guilty about it. Maybe that's why some people do it in the shower - to wash immediately wash themselves clean, physically & spiritually. :D

    Don't get me wrong, though. If I don't shave or wash my hair - which accounts for most of my pre-work showers since I always wake up late - it only takes me 2 Pearl Jam songs to shower. (Although some days the songs are longer than others. ) :D
