Are fans who would have been in 9/10 getting bumped to the very back?

and to quote myself from another thread:
So complain about me posting this thread all you want, but don't impose your beliefs on how to enjoy a concert on me. I maintain my 10C membership for multiple reasons, as I'm sure you do, and ticket seniority is one of my reasons.
I think that's part of the point: There are already multiple threads on this subject (although one of them has to do with tickets that were possibly stolen).
No need to create yet another one.
My question is: What did you hope to accomplish with this thread? You've already purchased your tickets. Are you really not going to go to your show if you get an answer you don't like?
This thread was pretty pointless.everybody wants the most they can possibly get
for the least they could possibly do0 -

I want to push awareness. You may know but others may not. And yes, I already did purchase my tickets, but that doesn't mean we should be kept in the dark if the 10C ticket allocation is not proceeding as advertised.
I'll go to the show regardless, because I've planned vacation around it and already invested a lot of money in it. But you can't disagree it's a shitty deal if, instead of getting bumped to 11/12, you get bumped to the lawn or wherever. And that in and of itself is reason enough to make a "pointless" thread. Don't like it? Don't read it. But if you do read it, put yourself in someone else's shoes.0 -

I just don't believe in getting worked up about something that might possibly perhaps hypothetically happen to me. But probably won't.everybody wants the most they can possibly get

I've been in the very back of many shows. Believe me. I've had a great time there too. I am annoyed at Bait-And-Switch selling which, if you read the threads carefully, appears to have been what happened.0 -

Actually, if YOU read the threads carefully, it looks like tickets might have been stolen and one show, and there was a mistake made with a handful of people at one other show, which the 10Club has apologized for and is looking into.
It's not like this has been happening at every single show, or is a matter of policy. Just chill out and see what happens at yours before you get your little white panties in a bunch.everybody wants the most they can possibly get

I totally sympathize with the low numbered people the other night getting tickets way in the back. But complaining about a 4 row difference is unbelievable. I sat in 104 Row T on Thursday and 104 Row P last last night and couldn't tell the difference at all. Give me a break.0

Quite the attitude you have there. I'm just looking for answers to ensure I'm going to get what I'm paying for. Have we seen a guarantee these things will not happen again? I'd rather speak up ahead of time and reduce the chance of getting similarly screwed than wait til it's happened when you REALLY can't do shit about it.0 -

Just to clarify as in the title of the thread...I'm not complaining about a 4 row difference at all. I fully support that system. I'm asking if that system is being implemented properly or if it's not. Because there are some indications that it's not.0 -

Thank you. Life is way too short to worry about things that probably won't happen.I'm just looking for answers to ensure I'm going to get what I'm paying for.
We've already established that, even if you get answers you don't like, you're not going to be able to do a damn thing about it and you're still going to go to the show.Have we seen a guarantee these things will not happen again?
No, because there are no guarantees in life. Sometimes, people steal things. Sometimes, mistakes happen.I'd rather speak up ahead of time and reduce the chance of getting similarly screwed than wait til it's happened when you REALLY can't do shit about it.
Right, because this thread is going to fix your supposed problem that hasn't even happened yet. What did you think, the 10 Club is going to get your name and number off this thread, and hold your hand at the box office to make sure your seats are to your liking? All you're doing is whining to a bunch of fellow fans who have no power to help you whatsoever.everybody wants the most they can possibly get

Again, there was a mistake made at one show, that the 10C apologized for and was looking into. Do you just ignore the evidence from the other 6 or 7 shows that points to you NOT getting screwed?everybody wants the most they can possibly get

Life is too short to worry about things that might not happen, but long enough to attempt to bully someone on the internet and insinuate their choices in underwear selection? ...and mock their concern? Interesting.
There is evidence of people not getting screwed. True. There is also evidence it has happened. But when errors happen once, that is cause for concern...when you've invested time and money into a situation. I'm not going to assume they've fixed the problem and I'm not going to assume they haven't...that is why I am asking questions. And the admins who represent the 10C HAVE shown that they check these boards, so it's not just talking to powerless fans as you've described.
The questions I'm asking are fair questions that should be answered given the history of the situation. If I present them in a way that you perceive as whining, well then I'm sorry but I'm not a lawyer and I can't write in legalese to get a point across.
That said, given your comments, I'd classify you as a forum bully and I'm honestly done responding to you, but please do continue to bump this thread for me if you'd like. :-)0 -
one big problem with all these threads is that yes the admins do check these boards, however if you do a little research on these and other boards they list their email addresses and from past experience they also answer their emails and I'm sure that they'd be a lot more appreciative to handle it directly with them instead of coming and posting on a message board. Even if your posts are not meant to be whining or nasty these are words and can be read in whatever fashion someone might take them. As I stated early, I've always found kat and the rest of the staff to be stand up people who care about the fanclub members and would address you with respect, I would hope that we could handle it the same way.........0

Derrick - I was in row 12 at Columbia, 15th at Tampa, 16th at WPB. 165xxx. I didn't win the lottery any night. Don't fucking worry about this.
I understand the need to want good seats. I wouldn't travel 900 miles to sit in the lawn, unless it was the only show I could go to. But to bitch about one isolated incident is ridiculous.0 -

Don't come around here with your sanity and logic.

I'll tell you, this board has gotten a whole lot more fun since the tour started.0 -
Ledbetterman10 wrote:It would be funny if someone in the fourth row "wins the lottery" and gets put in the 9th or 10th row.
Outside of a mistake, this does not happen. You cannot 'win' a worse seat. If a 4th row person does not win row 1 or 2, they fill in as usual so they would probably be in row 6.So this is what it's like to be an adult.
