I think it is Food And Wine magazine that has the best hamburger competition every year. Or it is hosted by some food company. I can't remember...I always get so excited when I see the adverts for the contest...I start dreaming up new burgers.

You know what is really good?
Add some liquid smoke to the meat before cooking.

Or, some falafel mix. Then put tzaziki (sp?) on it and some tomato. Yummy.

QVC has Kansas City Steak Burgers stuffed with onions, bacon and cheese - mmmmmmm - really good!

    Those sound delicious!!!
I laugh everytime my mom tells me she bought some food from QVC. She was addicted to it when it first came out and bought every piece of jewelry. lol
    Now they sell everything!
I will have to look for those. :)

I made chicken burgers last night. I prefer them to turkey because they seem to come out more moist. Just onion, lots of salt and pepper and some chives.
    yummy

You can have them rare at Chez Trixie. We are open 7 days a week.
    :)
I can barely stand by and watch someone else cook a burger for me. It makes me nuts. And if they start squashing it down with the spatula, their family dog is getting a treat.

seriously american cheese??? America must be about 9879537495 times the size of the UK and every region over here has about 14 differing varieties of cheese... and France has more cheese than it has, eh, cars (i just made that up)

does god bless american cheese? ;)
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
