    Losing 3 lbs in during week one of my new obsession, becoming healthy.

    For me - the vet gave me the go-ahead to start our puppy in puppy class. She needs it :p!

    For the dog - Her new weight of 29 pounds entitles her to more food :D!!

    A gf of mine loves tomatoes as much as I do and she loves to try all of the different heirlooms I grow. That one is a Brandywine.
    I made the sandwich with just bread, salt and a tiny bit of Hellman's original. :)
