    It was an awesome intense game, congrats to the Swedes for there hard work.

    i can't wait to see some of these juniors (especially the canadian ones) make their nhl debuts over the next few years. the game is gonna change when the old guard gets fully phased out.

    yeah, but it was not like the waived their back-up Norrena to create a place for him

    it was just an emergency call-up because Leclairre has got the flu

    it would be cool if he got a start though

    Latvia with a BIG shocking win over Canada.  Lativia wins the Shootout.)

    Yes the Latvia game was a shock, but good for them for pulling it out (tough to say as a Canadian). US looks strong so far, and Sweden is always strong in the preliminary rounds. Looking forward to the New Years game and some other key matchups too.
