    Yes you're right it was a fumble and ref's got the call wrong. The league wanted to get the Patriots to the SuperBowl then it was set up for the Patriots to win the Super Bowl. Oh the conspiracy was set in place from the git go.

    tough talk? All I am doing is expressing my opinion. I didn't threaten anyone. How is that tough talk? I think most fans outside of Pats fans feel the same as I do on this issue. I'm sorry but defying the NFL memo from the week before then saying it was a mis-interpretation of the rule is just arrogant.

    The thing that I think is a joke is that just two weeks ago, Cowboys QB Coach Wade Wilson was caught with HGH. He was using it on himself to treat impotence. Goodell suspended him for 5 games and fined him $100,000, that's 33.3% of his salary. Goodell said that "coaches should be held to a higher standard".

    I'm sorry, but that is some serious disparity right there. Wilson taking a banned substance for personal reasons has no bearing on the outcome of any game whatsoever and he gets hit that hard by Goodell. The Patriots admit to cheating and doing something that can affect the outcome of the game and all Belichek gets is a fine that is 12.5% of his salary and the loss of a draft pick.

    What happened to holding coaches to a higher standard??? He should have lost multiple picks and been suspended for at least 6 games.

    Goodell owes Wade Wilson an apology.

    You're right. My teams do get housed by the Pats. My favorite team is the Dolphins and obviously New England has had a lot of success against them over the last few years. that's why it was so annoying to see that Belichick would cheat. before this week, I always had a lot of respect for him and the Pats. mainly, it was the manner in which they won many of their games. it wasn't always pretty. I've seen Brady throw for less than 100 yards twice against Miami and win both games. this sort of thing always impressed me. They could win a tough defensive game like that or they could win a shoot out with the Bengals.

    but now? god, they got CAUGHT cheating against the Jets.....a meaningless week 1 game they won handily. but for all we know they could have been cheating in every game they played over the past few years. they won each Superbowl by 3 points (something that I used to admire about their wins....good ole Pats, finding a way to win). games that close could be swung by one play. I dunno. A lot of the Patriot haters are happy that this has happened but I think I'd have been better off never knowing....and thinking that it was always a totally level playing field. many times I screamed at the TV yelling about how much the Dolphins suck after Brady hits his hot route for a touchdown. did they score the touchdown because Brady is awesome? yes. did they score it because they knew what defense the Dolphins would be in? maybe.

    You know what never gets brought up when people talk about that Raiders v Pats game and the tuck call? The fact that the Raiders should have been flagged for a 15 yard personal foul on the play for Woodson hitting the QB in the head. Go watch it, you'll see it. It should not have been a fumble, as the tuck rule is crap, but should have been 15 yards and a first down too. Woulda coulda shoulda...

    Oh yeah, I do not like the Pats, so do not try and put me on their bandwagon...
