I had to weigh in at the doc's office today, so I can say I have *officially* lost 10lbs this month!

Thank goodness. I did a little indulging in past two weeks and thought for sure the scale would tell me what kind of damage I'd done. Phew. Got lucky.

I weighed in this morning, and I reached my goal of 8 lbs this month!!!
I'm pretty happy. I'm actually down 17 lbs since the beginning of November!0 -

I lose 2lbs, down to 153 at 5'8"... I'm looking better! My new gym open at the end of march, and then I hope to lose a lot more!0 -

That's awesome. I totally flaked all Fall. But, if I can lose 8-10lbs per month for the next 3-4 months, I will be at a damn fine weight.

I had some bad habits all fall, and kept losing and gaining the same few lbs, and it was getting ridiculous!
I'll be starting a new thread tomorrow.

i am exacly where i was when i started the month
...still down the 3 pounds from january 1st........:p hahaha.
i am NOT joining the march and april challenges, and then hopefully come early may, i will be reporting on my fantastic weightloss!
my motivation has been nil, i haven't really tried...so i really can't complain about my lack of progress. the road to hell is paved with good intentions.....:D Stay with me...
