    I didn't say it was the same thing, but there are just laws that have a few ways around them. If I was a big time stoner, and was really worried about gettin busted, I would move to a place where it is allowed. There are states and countries that allow it, so move there if you really wanna get married.

    But you're equating homosexuality to a criminal activity here. It's not the 19th century. Why the fuck should a gay couple HAVE to move out of their home state just to get the same rights afforded to straight people?
