    HOWEVER, the Red SOX have won 2 World Titles in the 21st century to ZERO for the Yanks. We've dominated the 21st century so far so the Yankees have some work to cause a hundred years from now this title thing could be all tied up. :)

    Besides you know we've got the next 8 years as long A-Rod is with the Yankees. :)

    next yr Yanks can go out and revamp the entire lineup and be on top again

    for example like the NY Rangers..look how they did..had a decent few yrs, traded major stars or released and this yr are coming back just as diesel
    hard to tell with the economics of sports

    I love how Sutcliff on the ESPN broadcast tonight called out Abreu for being a world-class puscatore for worrying about the wall more than making the play on that Bay triple. He wouldn't stop talking about it for the rest of the inning and deservedly so. That play might have summed up the Yanks season: overpriced, over-the-hill player worries more about himself than making the play and gets burned.

    I saw Abreu for years in Philly. The guy has no heart. He's scared of the wall and that never played well in Philly.

    so be it..they know they fucked up by convincing the piece of shit to come back after the smack he pulled after last season..I mean WHY in the world would you SIGN someone who deosnt even have the desire to play for a team unless its under HIS salary demands and shit
