    The day is upon us so I'm bumping this thread. I've changed my attitude about this day and I'm totally fine being single on Valentines Day. Could be a really good thing :)

    I just realized something I don't like about valentines day, thanks to all the threads about having sex on it...tomorrow night I'll know what all my friends are doing....ew...

    I hope they're like me and my ex who passed out after watching a movie last year...

    well, tomorrow night I am taking my 90 year old grandmother out for her birthday.

    My 8 year old is doing a fundraiser at school Tomorrow (Valentines Day)
    Jump Rope for HEART for the American Heart Assoc. He is the "participant of honor" for his school because of his special heart. He's already raised about $400 :D:D:D

    That's how I'll be celebrating the day!

    That's better than how most people spend it. An actual worthy cause instead of manufactured BS.

    I, in all my selfishness, will be boarding a plane headed to Orlando/Daytona to drink, golf, bowl, and watch a race.

    A long time ago I received a stuff animal on Valentine's Day. I called him Valentine, and he was a good dog. Red, white, and cheery. A couple years ago I decided to throw him away along with my other stuffed animals in the spirit of feng shui. I always associated him with a chaotic time so I thought to throw him out would lessen the chaotic energy in my life to open space for comforting energy. Anyway, I miss Valentine *boohoo*. He would be 33 years old this Thursday.

    My nieces are into Build a Bears. They said they would get me a build a bear for Valentine's Day :D They usually chose boy names for their BABs, but I hope they get me a Stella Adriana with running shoes, and a Valentine's look. I won't look a gift BAB in the mouth though :) My twin bought me the DVD of Becoming Jane because I was helping her out yesterday when it came out. On VD I'll be eating popcorn with my nieces, hanging out to Stella Adriana the BAB, and watching Becoming Jane. Actually, they'll probably name it Thumper or Twiggy or something. In my mind SHE'll be Stella Adriana.
