    i dont think i'm odd.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

you prefer oddness at odd moments if the oddness presents itself.
    you can't deny that.

I just realized, by clicking names, everybody is reading my last reply.

    That seems odd.

    Huh?

DOESN'T ANYBODY HAVE A MIND OF THEIR FUCKING OWN ANYMORE?

Q: well sheesh, aren't you the grouchy fucker.
A: No, I swear, there are very few people here that put any creativity or thought into what the fuck they post here.
Q: Settle the fuck down, like you've got a leg to stand on.
    A: Ok, ok.
    Q: Good. Go away now.
    A: Okay.

it's hard to pinpoint it when you're born odd. seriously I was born backwards doing the splits...one foot out and the other up by my head.

I wouldn't know normal if it smacked me upside the head

4th grade. i yelled at my classmates for being obnoxious, disrespectful fuck-ups, and told them we deserved to miss recess. Then the teacher gave me the daily ALF doll award.

When I downloaded Charlie's album and liked it...

I read Manson:In His Own Words...and agreed with much of what he said.
All the murders aside, he was pretty cool

I just found it on some blog somewhere. Google "Charles Manson Lie: The Terror Cult blogspot" and it should throw up some results. I'd find a link for you but I don't know if posting the (admittedly unmurderous and quite folky) music of a convicted murderer is considered acceptable on this board.

I wouldn't go so far as to say he's cool, I find him fascinating and a number of his arguments in court were thought-provoking and disturbingly quite intelligent but he's obviously an asshole with a god complex :D

As for his music, it's just pretty solid 60s hippie type acoustic stuff, although some of the lyrics, if you read into them, are kind of eerie. Considering who he got to do the killings and how, lyrics like this are kind of sinister:

    "Pretty girl, pretty pretty girl
Cease to exist, just come and say you love me"

    So yeah, that's when I knew I was a bit odd :p

Probably when I was 4 or 5 and took my stuffed tiger, Bombai, to kindergarten. The teacher promptly took my tiger from me and hid it behind his desk. I assume I was disrupting the class or something. Anyway, the second the bell rang to let us out for the day, all the kids ran for door, and during the rush, I ran behind his desk, grabbed my tiger, and was through the door and gone before be could catch me. I knew then I’d have issues with authority.

i've got a sick obsession with live bootlegs CD's..

every time I get a new one.. I squat in front of the CD player motionless while I listen to it, staring at the tracklist...

I can't sit on the coach or a chair like a normal person..

    I'm that excited..

(and I have to have a tracklist for every boot I own)..

    Is that normal?

I have never thought I was odd, just that everyone else is

A colleague was looking through a celeb mag and trying to engage me in conversation about the latest celeb's lifes,of which I know nothing about and have no interest in learning.

I told her I wasn't interested as I didn't know who these z list celebs were. She was visably surprised and asked me what I did in my spare time if I didn't spend it watching celeb t.v or reality/talent shows.
I told her I spend most of my free time at home reading and listening to music.
She said "Oh so your one of those "readers" ?!

I sure hope that was her precise moment that she realised she was a bit odd never having met a "reader" before.

When I was a DJ at a Historically Black College in VA and introduced my friends to RUSH, AC/DC and Queen. I had an ability to mix in Rock music with what was the Genesis of Rap in the early 80's. :)
