The Precise Moment You Realized You Were A Bit Odd

When I did a project about Charles Manson in grade 6, and obviously no one else knew who he was.
What can I say? I have a fascination with the minds of murderers."The customer...is always...an ASSHOLE"
"The world fascinates me."
"Doesn't mean that much to me, to mean that much to you"0 -
4th grade. i yelled at my classmates for being obnoxious, disrespectful fuck-ups, and told them we deserved to miss recess. Then the teacher gave me the daily ALF doll award.0

 I've never heard it...where did you find it??!!
I read Manson:In His Own Words...and agreed with much of what he said.
All the murders aside, he was pretty cool"The customer...is always...an ASSHOLE"

I wouldn't go so far as to say he's cool, I find him fascinating and a number of his arguments in court were thought-provoking and disturbingly quite intelligent but he's obviously an asshole with a god complex
As for his music, it's just pretty solid 60s hippie type acoustic stuff, although some of the lyrics, if you read into them, are kind of eerie. Considering who he got to do the killings and how, lyrics like this are kind of sinister:
"Pretty girl, pretty pretty girl
Cease to exist, just come and say you love me"
So yeah, that's when I knew I was a bit odd"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"0 -

Probably when I was 4 or 5 and took my stuffed tiger, Bombai, to kindergarten. The teacher promptly took my tiger from me and hid it behind his desk. I assume I was disrupting the class or something. Anyway, the second the bell rang to let us out for the day, all the kids ran for door, and during the rush, I ran behind his desk, grabbed my tiger, and was through the door and gone before be could catch me. I knew then I’d have issues with authority.Idaho's Premier Outdoor Writer

i've got a sick obsession with live bootlegs CD's..
every time I get a new one.. I squat in front of the CD player motionless while I listen to it, staring at the tracklist...
I can't sit on the coach or a chair like a normal person..
I'm that excited..
(and I have to have a tracklist for every boot I own)..
Is that normal?"This here's a REQUEST!"

I have never thought I was odd, just that everyone else is
A colleague was looking through a celeb mag and trying to engage me in conversation about the latest celeb's lifes,of which I know nothing about and have no interest in learning.
I told her I wasn't interested as I didn't know who these z list celebs were. She was visably surprised and asked me what I did in my spare time if I didn't spend it watching celeb t.v or reality/talent shows.
I told her I spend most of my free time at home reading and listening to music.
She said "Oh so your one of those "readers" ?!
I sure hope that was her precise moment that she realised she was a bit odd never having met a "reader" before.“There should be a place where only the things you want to happen, happen”0 -
