This has been a really shitty month (November that is) for me as well. IN fact 2007 could have been better. I was just put on Xanax yesterday....I'm sorry, with this silly season and all, it just sucks ass.. Hope YOU feel better soon NY PJ1..

Almost 4 years ago to this day, I started taking Celexa. I was going through a depression after leaving my old CPA firm for another.

The pills acted as a springboard...I started going to the gym at 5am every morning, began to write the best poetry I had ever written, and had an unprecented swagger!

Of course, the Celexa has some side effects that kept my swagger in check!.....Talk about irony!

    Be well.

sorry :( try to think of the positive's - family that are still alive, good friends, women who love you, an income, a roof over your head. as hard as it is, try not to dwell on the negative stuff. that shall pass.
  • Sorry. I've got to jump on the bandwagon here. Simply because I find this really funny:-

Symptoms you may get from anti depressants:

Marked behavioral changes, excessive excitement, abnormal body movements, combination of unresponsive body rigity (unable to move or talk), high fever, prefuse sweating or difficulty breathing.

ANXIETY and NERVOUSNESS, drowsiness, insomnia, dizziness, weakness or fatigue, nausea, diarrhoea, dry mouth, loss of appetite, tremor and increased sweating.

...headache, dyspepsia, vomiting, severe constipation, increase of blood pressure and/or sight impairment, sore throat, joint or muscle pain, hair loss, sexual dysfunction, liver problems, confusion, suicidal tendancy, violent behaviour, stroke, bleeding from gums or nose, sudden onset of abdominal pain, anaemia...

    (I missed out a few). :p

Sounds like the idea of anti depressants is to get you so fucked up you forget about being depressed in the first place! :p
