    An older lady at Waco's screening for VFC? 2004 last night. She obviously did not know much about Pearl Jam and came to the viewing out of her disdain for Bush. She laughed louder and harder than the rest of us and really enjoyed herself. It was especially funny when she kept saying "is that Bruce Springsteen?" She had a great time and I think there just maybe a new Pearl Jam fan out there today! Yeah :)

    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    Obama strikes the first blow
    Barack Obama came up a big winner in the presidential race in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, where the US's first Election Day votes have been cast and counted.

    The Democrat candidate for the White House defeated Republican John McCain 15-6. Independent Ralph Nader was also on the ballot, but received no votes.

    The first voter, following a tradition established in 1948, was picked ahead of the midnight voting and the rest of the town's registered voters followed suit in the first minutes of Tuesday.

    Town Clerk Rick Erwin said the northern New Hampshire town was proud of its tradition, but said the most important thing was that the turnout represented a 100% vote.

    President George Bush won the vote in Dixville Notch in 2004 on the way to his re-election.

    I decided to do this a short while ago too. If he's going to slag me down and tell blatant untruths about me, then I may as well live up to the hype.
    He was in such a hurry to go round our so-called friends and bad mouth me to all and sundry. They no longer speak to me. Well fuck them. I know now who my REAL friends are.
    And then he employs bullying tactics to try to make me roll over and let him have it all his way. NO WAY SUNSHINE!! You've manipulated me for too long. NO MORE!!
    I can play nice, be civil and sweet, but you don't want to mess with me. I can surprise you still.


    Btw finding out my divorce will be all but over by this time next month made my day :)

    I had a friend in college that went to the Dr. and they were like, duh, do you know your pregnant? she was shocked.. and 6.5 months pregnant!


    And what made my day? That is like 74 degrees in November in Chicago! lovely!
