    I have acupuncture and physio massage most Fridays, I think I might pay to keep up the massages when I get discharged. Let me know how it goes :)

    I have them for my bad right shoulder, the acupuncture too. I got referred on the NHS so it's all good... and free :D

    If a massage is what you feel you need, I most certainly recommend one. I can't get just a normal massage at the moment because I don't want it to undo all the good work the physio has done :o

    Once i'm discharged (if and when :rolleyes: ) I'm gonna find somewhere good and get one probably every month :)

    ooohh sounds like a good idea to get some physio on the NHS for free :o Mine's £28... but still way cheaper than at home and should be worth every penny.

    It's the only thing that worked last time my back was fucked up... painkillers, gels, etc... not worth a shite... so yeh, I'm looking forward to this :)
