Now that I moved back from Lake Forest I can. For the first 15 years of my life I got a freakin amazing show every night as I lived right off of Ball Rd. It got old some nights though when you'd try to go to bed early.

In L.A., there are some locations that have been in some movies. From downtown L.A., go up the 110 north into Pasadena (about 10 miles). At the end of the 110 freeway you'll be on Arroyo Parkway (which is the last part of the 110 into Old Town Pasadena...you'll also see my old high school, Blair, which is nothing really to brag about, oh well). Take Arroyo all the way up to Colorado Blvd (the main street in Old Town), turn right and go about 2 miles until you reach Lake Ave. Turn left and go north towards the mountains. Once you go into Altadena, which is really a non-incorporated town run by the LA County Sheriff, you'll see an old school gasoline station, which was used in the movie Dodgeball (car wash scene), Transformers (when they bought Bumblebee from Bernie Mac), and a Kia Spectra commercial.
Then as you go up Lake you'll see an Easy Stop convenient store on the left. There you can buy lotto tickets and Honey Buns. Across the street is Websters Drug Store, where you can buy OTC prescription drugs. Right above there on Lake is The Rancho Bar and Grill (for the local folk). Go another mile north on Lake up to Farnsworth Park and you'll see where they filmed American Pie 2 (band camp retarded trumpet scene), and the beginning of the movie "23" starring Jim Carey.
