they were the first concert i ever saw and were actually very good live.
also, if you're into cheesy movies, there's a flick called constantine with keanu reeves. it's kind of like the matrix, only instead of 'the one' he plays some demon hunter in a religious war. gavin rossdale is a demon in that movie. you can watch keanu reeves torture gavin rossdale onscreen, in a very surreal scene featuring two of the most unlikely and mediocre superstars of our time.
hehe!!!yeah!!!
i like constantine pulverizing the demon's face (gavin rossdale), literally.scratching my butt...

Gavin Rossdale I guess has gone solo. He has a new song out that I heard for the first time today. It's pretty good."In the age of darkness
want to be enlightened"0 -
I played 16 stone over and over and over in the nineties.
I saw GR with Institute 3 years ago. What an hotster. Wew fan me! Then I met him. I have an ugly pic of me with a bored Gavin, lol! He is beautiful up close. I miss bush. 16 Stone and Razorblade Suitcase definitely take me back to Jr. High and the first couple years of high school. Those were the days. I actually dusted off those two CD's and put them on my iPod recently and they are still pretty solid.
I mean, how can you not like "Glycerine"?0 -

I still like this song, probably the only one of the Bush songs that get played on the radio that I don't flip the station.
I actually heard it this morning

Yep, they were huge the spring of 95.
I remember when high school graduation came in June my three best friends and I discussed getting a tattoo to commemorate the event. Well, they wanted to get the Chinese symbol for Zen because Bush was the hot band at the time and they loved Everything Zen. I said I'm not getting a tattoo of some random Chinese symbol that means nothing to me.
So the three of them got the Zen tattoo and I backed out. I think I made the right decision.- Busted down the pretext

Wow this thread is a blast from the past....back to about 6th or 7th grade...
16stone was the first CD I ever bought. I had some cassette albums (yes, PJ was in that group -- but I wanted something I didn't have), but for some reason it seemed like a huge deal to have saved up my money for a stereo and then to buy a CD for it.
I liked that album and still like a few songs from it...Everything Zen, Comedown, Machine Head, Testosterone, Glycerine. I got Razorblade Suitcase when it came out, but was fairly disappointed with it. I still have both of those albums, but it's probably been 8 years or so since I've listened to either. After Razorblade, I stopped following them and stopped buying their albums...0 -

I always thought it could have been some kind of pun on Mickey Mouse becoming sacred or idolized or something like a cow in India. Perhaps I am giving the lads too much credit for the depth of their lyrics, though.Glorified version of a pelican0 -
never a fan of this band. awful imo. ranks up (or down) there with creed.I love to turn you on0
