Did not receive 10C MSG Password email.

Can I get some help? I have a comcast account, apparantly 10C emails are not working with comcast accounts. Any suggestions?

    I let me membership lapse by like 3 days and just renewed today, does that mean they won't send me the password now. WOuld anyone give it to me by any chance I got shut out of night 2 and need to score tickets. Please!!

    I've got a comcast email as well, and just now received the email.

    Be sure to add "donotreply@lists.pearljam.com" to your address book, after I did that, I have recieved all emails annoucements. good luck :)

    did you lose your 10c number as well since you didn't pay up before your membership ran out? if so that sucks

    And I have Yahoo, not Comcast. Not to mention I've received every other tenclub e-mail ever sent w/o a problem.

    no i think thats the appropriate email to contact... hopefully you hear back soon... wouldve been easier like some have mentioned to have personalized passwords like VFC tour... but im sure we all still appreciate the gesture :D

    call the emergency ticket hotline, i did a couple of weeks ago and they do answer the phone.
