Moreover, the case of the man alleged to have been the ringleader of the hijackers, Mohamed Atta, presents several anomalies. As with each of my clients, he was alleged to be a devout Muslim. The Commission claimed he was so devout as to be fanatic. As such, the use of alcohol would be strictly forbidden. The obvious inconsistency between the alleged behavior and the behavior typical of devout Muslims is most significant. I implore you as jurors to ask why the Commission failed to report these facts.

Further, it was reported by the Commission that Mr. Atta packed his Will, his passport, his international driver�s license, a copy of the Koran, and other personal items to take with him on a plane that was going to be used as a weapon, and hence be completely destroyed. Oddly enough, those items were somehow not loaded on Flight 11, the plane he purportedly hijacked, but instead were left as evidence to be discovered. Not only is this a bizarre coincidence, but strange indeed as Mr. Atta's name was not on the plane's passenger manifest that was made public. The Commission does not mention these odd but important facts. Are you, the jury, interested in knowing why such evidence was not considered?


I've provided a little research here and I am sure you can find other stuff related to this. Jlew, what is your opinion on the reason the highjackers were not on the flight manifest? Why did the FBI not update their list after some of the highjackers were found to be alive?

Wouldn't that suspicious video tape of Usama be pretty hard evidence?

I have a very limited knowledge in this area, and I can honestly say that I don't have a preference. But it wouldn't suprise me if it was an inside job.

The question to answer is "Who had the most to gain?"

Remember, GW was the Education President before 9/11. Where do you think they were going to funnel money from to pay for his education initiatives?

The military is a multi-billion dollar business much like the tobacco companies, just with better PR and advertising. If they are willing to sacrifice our soldiers by skimping out on armor and everything else, why not sacrifice a few hundred people to start the ball rolling??

I don't think the current regime is to blame so much as the people we don't vote for who have been there since the end of WWII. If you question who is to blame for 9/11, you then must question every major event that affected military involvement since WWII: The Anti-Communist agenda, Assasination of JFK and MLK, Vietnam.

Then your follow up question would be: "How do we root out these people."

No, I do not believe 9/11 is an inside job. I'm not saying they didn't know it was going to happen. I'm not saying they didn't purposely let the terrorists slip under their noses.. I don't believe they (our government) set it up. I've watched the videos that think so and I've watched videos that disprove those...

Yes, our government is using 9/11 is an excuse to do things it wouldn't normally be able to do.
