Bottom line....if you are at war, and you have the enemy, you do what is necessary to get the answer you want.

    If your talking about Iraq....Good for you one problem we are not at war in Iraq, it's an occupation period. An occupation where a civil war is occuring between Shiites and Sunni, Kurds stirred up by us being their.

    The War is used by this administration to get folks like you to back whatever actions they continue to do in Iraq including torture, good luck too ya.

    i oppose torture becos even military leaders say torture is a bad way to get good information. so it's useless. it does nothing but make us look as sadistic as suicide bombers. and that's not really something i want to be associated with unless there's a really good reason.

    nevertheless, it's not the way to win a war. not that the war in iraq can be won by the US in any event, torture or not.

    Or are is this more directed towards the "war on terror?", in which case torture for sure is not the way to go, if anything you will just create more anger and more hate. unless that's what america really wants, hmmmm.

    They claim they actualy are helping soldiers desert to other countries.

    Torture is barbaric in any form, regardless of how your enemy behaves.

    Lead by example, and use your superior EVERYTHING to win, but NOT torture.

    I don't really give a shit about the person being interrogated, but I don't think torture gets to the truth. I think torture makes the person being tortured say whatever they need to say to get the torture to stop. It is a horrible interrogation method.
