There are plenty of things to deride Bush about. "Vacation" isn't one of them. In fact, it's a pretty absurd statement.

It's pretty tough to do when he's on vacation as well. He has been on vacation more than any other president in history.

Does getting your wanker sucked in the Oval Office count as "vacation?" Because if so, I think Bill Clinton actually owns the record.

Clinton was on an 8 year vacation, because he didn't do anything, he didn't want to hurt his popularity. He was lucky the Tech Boom hit during his Reign of Terror!

Just a minor clarification. To some, Lieberman may be "right-leaning" -- but he still caucuses with the Democrats. For now. After he tosses Barry Obama under the bus, they might kick him out of the party for good.

Of course I know that the President is hardly ever "off the clock" and no I did not say legislation couldn't be passed while he was in TX, ME, wherever. I was just making the point that he's been away from the White House "on vacation" more than any other President in history.

There were WMD, they were moved to Syria, so that wasn't a lie. He is still trying to find OBL, where did you hear we stopped? Talk about ignoring the constitution, democrats routinely want to stop gun ownership, or free speech with the fairness doctrine. I don't like government intrusion on my life, but if it helps catch terrorists... so be it, I have nothing to hide! US already gives too many rights to terrorist! Maybe they have a bomb strapped to your car, and they won't get the location because they wouldn't talk!

It's not the BJ, its the lack of action thoughout his presidency. If Clinton would have taken some action (the unpopular stuff Bush got stuck with), 9-11 probably wouldn't have happened. But you probably think it was an inside job anyway!

Leiberman is basically a Democrat, giving an advantage to the Dems in the Senate. Most Democrats are socialists, at least one has the balls to call himself one! So both independants lean left, but regardless:

Congress = Senate + HOR = Equal + Dem Controlled => Dem Controlled Congress.

You can't have a budget surplus and safety. Clinton had a budget surplus, meanwhile countless terrorist attacks happen on his watch. These lead to 9-11. Since 9-11 there hasn't been a terrorist attack on this country... money well spent!

High gas prices are DIRECTLY atributed to the policies of the left! They don't want to drill, they don't want nuclear, they don't want refineries. They have no energy plan for the future! Some have even been quoted saying that "high gas prices would be good for the country"!

You really twisted Bush's words on this one. Bush was basically saying that capturing one man on the run, hiding in caves, was not his top priority. Not that he gave up looking for him, or doesn't care! Here is the quote in question:
