    Same happened to me! I had one bts and one copenhagen in the cart when everything fucked up. When I logged back in, I suddenly had two bts's and no copenhagen:-)

    Actually, no one who bought a poster from his site before was able to buy the same poster.

    I had Built to Spill in my cart. The site crashed. I came back 15 minutes later and it was still in my cart but when I logged in to pay for it, it disappeared and now it's sold out. So the cart system does not work as it's meant to but what can ya do.

    Same here! I just logged in, so i'm still on their data base. I checked my junkmail account. Didn't get nothing. D'oh! It's ok.

    I had a Copenhagen in my cart from the second the site let us in, got all the way through shipping and billing but never could get to that final step of check out. After 25 min of "account suspended" errors and blank screens I reluctantly had to run out to an appointment (which I was late for, thanks bk) ;) j/k,np

    I left my screen on the error message.

    Got home a little after 4pm (3pm PT), refreshed the screen, had to log in again, but lo and behold, the Copenhagen was still there!!! With trepidation I went through the check out process again. Holy screen prints Batman! I got a confirmation number and email!!!

    Check out is so much easier 3+ hours after launch. :)

    BK, please don't refund me! :D

    it doesnt matter that its a PJ item its artwork done by BK there fore he should choose what to do with it, not you.

    you should just be happy he makes great art for YOU, its not his fault the system gets flooded...

    It does matter that its a PJ item, sanctioned and possibly even licensed by the band for a concert by PJ.

    read the rest of thread and you will see that I have no issue with the crash

    I somehow managed to get a Copenhagen. Hopefully the 10 Club has some prints, I wouldn't mind another shot at a Dusseldorf.
