has he even defined any of his stances (other than attack iran if they make a nuke)?
it seems like ppl are behind him b/c he's the popular cadidate...but why? they say he's anti-war but he's for an attack against iran and at one point said we needed to stay in iraq until the insurgency was defeated (and that we should keep some militatry there in iraq even after that and that leaving iraq would lead america away from our global responsabilities)....they say he's a progressive liberal but he wouldn't give any support to any of the real progressive liberals that ran for senate, instead he put his support behind hawks like joe leiberman, he was more than happy to campaign for those ppl and speak for them...they say he's for universal health care but he won't say how other than we need to make sure the for profit companies are taken care of....he's pro nafta and cafta, pro globalization, he voted to reauthorize the patriot act, voted against capping credit card interest rates at 30%....
so what is it about him that is so great? maybe i'm just not seeing it

standin above the crowd
he had a voice that was strong and loud and
i swallowed his facade cos i'm so
eager to identify with
someone above the crowd
someone who seemed to feel the same
someone prepared to lead the way

Barack sounds like a black Bush to me...with a little more gloss.
I got bad vibes form him as soon as I heard him open his mouth and speak...

Oh, my fucking god...so if you don't like Obama, you're a racist? Get a clue...If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh, otherwise they'll kill you.

Isn't it possible to not like someone and their views/positions and those feelings having nothing to do with race?My whole life

Wow. I may disagree with Kabong on an issue or two, but I have never seen anything resembling racism posted by him. Where did this come from?

dont vote for him. Plain and simple.
If you are antiwar-you have one choice, and only one.
Vote for a candidate that will pull the troops out immediately and end the war, and not get us into another war in north korea or iran.
Obama fails to live up to that ideal and so do most of the other candidates save Kucinich and Gravel.
Voting for Hilary or Obama aint gonna bring the troops home.
As I said before, Bush is a killer, liar, and a horrible person. But he wasnt dumb enough to invade Iran and North Korea. Obama admitted twice, that this is a just response to these two countries.
Who in their right mind, running for prez, would admit they would bomb two countries after this war, this war that is arguably the most disasterous war in u.s. history.
You really think the american people will not only vote for a female or a black male, but also will overlook the fact both are for this war, and both want to entangle us in more wars?
Dont vote for a canddiate unless they are antiwar0 -

There are plenty of ridiculous post just like this one all the time. It's why having a real discussion about racism and race relations in America is next to impossible. It's our own doing to...the product of an overly sensitive, PC nation.hippiemom = goodness0 -
